WHY AWANA?
Combined with our weekend children's ministry, we want to partner with families on being diligent in teaching children the Word of God.  That is why we are excited to offer this program here at Harvest Bible Chapel. 

WHAT IS AWANA?
It is a weekly program on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 7:30pm that combines active games, relevant Scripture-based teaching, an outreach focus and motivation for Bible learning and achievement.

WHAT DOES AN AWANA PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?
Awana Clubs are geared to specific age groups and help kids to know and understand the Word of God. Puggles features music, simple crafts and short Bible truths.  Cubbies adds in a non-competitive game segment.  Both Sparks and T&T feature am opening and closing ceremony along with three main segments; Game Time, Small Group Time, and Large Group Time.

WHAT ARE THE AGE GROUPS?
PUGGLES - 2 & 3 Year Olds
CUBBIES - 4 & 5 Year Olds
SPARKS - Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
TRUTH & TRAINING "T&T" - 3rd - 5th Grade

WHAT ARE THE RESULTS?
Among children who participated in AWANA for at least six years, and whose parents were involved in their spiritual growth, 92.7% still attend church weekly as an adult.

HOW DOES MY FAMILY GET INVOLVED?
Parents, please join us in providing this wonderful experience for your children. We have a variety of opportunities to serve that will fit your skill set and interest in serving children. Please email harvestkids@hbcorlando.org to get involved.


Parents, check all children in at our kiosks using your key tag(s) just like you do on the weekends. Guests, please check-in at the Children's Ministry Information desk. Then, all children will go to the main Worship Center to begin. 

Please pick up your children promptly at 7:30 p.m. All children will be picked up in their classrooms.
